Original blue · red beak
We watch the market closely for technology that genuinely improves a procedure.
We move quickly to make it available, with early access for surgeons
who want it first.
A specialist stands beside the surgeon in theatre, for as long as it takes.
The kingfisher is unchanged, original blue, red beak. One shape, four finishes, and a fixed set of placements. It signs the work and appears as the hero once in any piece, always reproduced from vector master files.

Vector, Kingfisher Blue with the red beak. The default everywhere.
On Panther Black, Deep Water or a photograph.
The hero finish. Covers, film openers, the website. One per piece.
Print only. Covers, launch boxes, awards.
The full logo and the bird, in original blue, white and black. Choose your colour and download the format you need.
Headlines. Big, calm, few words. Body copy is short and specific, written like a colleague in theatre.
Labels and data only.
The hero, once.
Headlines arrive with speed.
Stillness before the move.
Streaks, no object.
Light passing over metal.
Motion belongs to the website, video and events. Brochures and print use the still frame, never a frozen speed effect.
People and preparation lead. One professional shoot, real theatres, real specialists, lit with a warm key and cool shadow.
We bring other manufacturers' products to market. We present them clearly and beautifully, never dramatised.
PARTNER PRODUCT / MANUFACTURER NAME
The homepage tells the story in motion. Each section moves in a different way, and the bird appears once.
Being rebuilt next with people and partner products shown as set out here.
This is what South Africa uses now, the bird, blue and red, with bright secondary colours, flowing swooshes and stock photography. It stays in use until each piece is naturally replaced.
SOURCE / BRAND EXPRESSION GUIDELINES V1, 2024
Nothing is scrapped. Each touchpoint changes at its own moment, and this is what changes, when, and what it becomes.
Yellow, light blue, sand and olive, with swooshes over white.
Panther Black and Deep Water fields, with copper foil, blue metal and gloss black.
All new artwork is built in the new palette from today. Existing printed stock runs out first. Copper takes the place of yellow, so the change reads as evolution and not a different company.
Mulish on white, pastel shapes, business cards, brochures and forms.
Geist and Geist Mono on deep fields, copper foil covers, one line of type.
Nothing is thrown away. Each item moves over at its next reorder, and no piece ever carries old swooshes and new texture at the same time.
Stock photography with slogan bars and yellow buttons.
Kinetic type, motion, and specialists at work in real theatres.
Switches now. Profile art, post templates and the next campaign are rebuilt in Built to move, and the old slogans retire with them.
The 2024 site, stock doctors, pastel panels and yellow calls to action.
Built to move homepage, the bird once, Kingfisher Red for the call to action.
Switches now, ahead of print. Pages move across as they are rebuilt, starting with the homepage and the specialty pages.
Multi colour wrap on white, bright panels, phone number in blue.
New livery designed on Panther Black, with the mark used as a signature.
Long life items only change when they would be replaced anyway. No early write offs, no repainting a vehicle that still has years in it.
South Africa's 2024 brand and the new direction already share their foundation. The merge only replaces what sits around it.

One guide, with endorsement rules and a short South Africa note
Every market looks the same
South Africa moves through all four phases as stock runs out.
New markets start at phase four. Nothing legacy to protect.
